Posture Clinic I

We had the first posture clinic last night. I was one of the first five people up. I was a bit nervous but I was able to connect with the students and complete backward bending and hands to feet pose. For homework the teachers requested that I work on smiling and also slow down a bit.

I think that makes sense since I was a bit nervous so I wasn’t thinking very much about smiling. I was saying the dialogue a bit to fast since I was studying on my own and just rattling off the posture.

Part of me was upset that I didn’t get a perfect score, but this is the time to get suggestions and take them. If I cruise through teacher training and don’t get (and take) the suggestions what is the point?

I’m really excited about this process it feels like I’m finally at teacher training and I believe them when they say that this is going to fly by.
