Fixed Firm & Half Tortoise
My homework was to deliver these postures together. I found they were tough to learn at the same time because there are very similar. What was even crazier was that when I was practicing the postures before the clinic I totally blanked. I was walking around outside of the posture clinic room thinking “OH my god. I don’t know the postures anymore.” I freaked out a little bit and then thought to myself “I know this and I’m just going to have to get up there and do it.”
I was the first one up and just went for it. Everything worked out fine and I got good feedback from the teachers. After the posture I told them what happened outside and they all just laughed.

I banged this one out during the afternoon session. I was pretty confident about the posture and it showed. The highlight here was my sit-up which has gotten pretty strong in the last few clinics. Oh they also threw some distractions at me which threw me off a bit but I was able to get through the dialogue.

I did this during the night session. My studio owner was there so I really wanted to do a good job. It wasn’t my best delivery but I was able to get passed all of that stuff and deliver the posture. She reminded me to ‘take it easy’ and not be so hard on myself.
