I was the first one to jump up to do Standing Separate Leg Stretching pose (from my group). Overall the posture went well. I felt fairly relaxed even though I had tons of energy. I intentionally brought the pace down and inserted a few pauses for breath. I want to start getting comfortable with pauses and some silence. It isn’t just about rattling off the words of the dialogue.
I’m going to hang back and go either in the middle or the end of the pack for triangle. Just sort of playing around with my own comfort. Personally I like to get up there first and then I can just chill and watch everyone else, but it is good to give others a chance to get up there first. At the same time it will be nice for me to feel what it is like to go at the end.
Off to study triangle some more…
