Posture Clinic VII

I really wanted to get up to do Balancing stick. I had been practising a lot and was able to deliver the dialogue clearly but really freaking fast.

Before I went up I just remembered to connect with the students and give them everything that I had. I got up and started the dialogue and was able to relax. It really helps me to look at the bodies as I tell them what to do. Once we got to the meat of the posture I started speeding up and then I got them into it and was really going fast. It felt great and I totally killed it, but I don’t know if I would be able to do it like that for both sides both sets. It really takes a lot out of me to talk that fast, but this is a posture that requires a lot of energy.

My homework was to slow it down for the next posture and focus on the setup of the posture.
