Lost Baggage

On my return trip from Madrid Spain I missed my connection from London and was rerouted on a BA flight. At that point I was separated from my bag and was informed that they probably wouldn’t make it back home. I was OK with that since, well, they would eventually get there.

When I got to the United States I was informed they knew where my bag was and that they would get it to me the next day. Well here it is two days later and there is no sign of my bag, no phone call, nothing.

I started looking online and haven’t found anything positive. I found this link

Which talks about some bullshit system called GlobalTag. I got free global tags called an email address. It is really a stupid idea. What they hell do you think a name and phone number tag are for? Plus if someone has the intention of reuniting me with my bags they will use the numbers listed on the bag.

So here is a list of what I lost:

3 Pairs Dress pants
4 Pairs socks
4 T-shirts
3 Dress Shirts
1 Pair Aldo shoes
1 Just for Today
1 Electric Razor
1 Pillow

I would say the total would be at least 500 for everything that was in the bag. Thanks IBERIA. I blame them since they were late and caused me to miss my connection.

And remember BA is not a US company so don’t expect to talk to anyone about your bags after you leave the airport with a piece of paper that has a stupid World Tracer Reference. It all sounds pretty important and organized but is empty.

YMMV maybe you’ll git your shit.
