I have no idea what I did but I woke up in the middle of the night with severe pain in the upper left hand side of my back. I didn’t even have the power to life my head from the pillow without feeling like I was seriously going to break.
I finally managed to roll off of the bed and pace around the house in excruciating pain. I’m not sure what happened but it had been hurting throughout the day and I must have sneezed in my sleep and made it worse or something. I am just glad I was able to get back to sleep after taking some ibuprofen and propping myself up in bed. I literally cannot lie flat on my back without the pain being unbearable.
I am really hoping that this will pass and I won’t have to go to the hospital. It does feel a bit better already and I am going to force myself to go to work in an attempt to, well, just move around.
Well so much yoga and climbing for the next few days anyway :)…
