I recently read the book "Return To Love" by Marianne Williamson. While it took me awhile to read the book and a couple of failed attempts I found it to be a great source of information about courage and love. The following is found at the end of the book:

What a day! Got my bike sorted out and got a few parts for it too! I bought some bags that you can put on the back so now I won't have to carry my backpack around if I don't want to. I also got a pump and one of those valve attachments. I got all pinned up from three till four... Went up to the island of Plum for a meeting of the three G's. It was fun and exciting.
