Bourne

Decided to go to a movie tonight. I had been wanting to see The Bourne Ultimatum for a while now and I finally did. All in all it was OK and fairly entertaining but I must admit the first one was definitely the best and the rest failed in a natural succession.

At least there was some closure at the end and you can probably expect there to not be anymore.

This is the path I walked to get to the theater from work:

I am pretty tired, but I stopped on the way and got my first Hot Chocolate of the season. It wasn’t that cold but I was craving some sugar from the long walk :>.

I thought a lot on the walk back home. I listened to Lenoard Cohen. I realized there is nothing I can do.

I was up pretty early this morning for yoga class. It was great and set such a great tone for the day. I was able to be there for everyone and even myself! I will wake up tomorrow and do some meditation and perhaps try some of the stuff I learned in class today.

One thing that has been really weird is that I can’t seem to listen to a whole song. I will listen to some of it and then just press the button on the ipod to make the next one come on. It is weird. When I am at home I just let them play and for the most part don’t really care what comes on, but when I am walking I keep thinking that there is a better song, but it is never the one I am listening to. See negative side-effects of the digital age: too much choice == insanity. Yes it follow we will all explode and turn into gigantic tarantulas.

Eight legs and no head I think I’ll go to bed.
