Class was good. I was in my head a bit about trying to create the same class over and over again but I just let it go and kept teaching. I noticed that I was being focused on the things I can’t do today…

I squeezed in a quick 45 minute session by myself. I can’t wait to take class tomorrow!

Nice class few teachers in the room and I wanted to do a really good job. Again I just let that shit go and taught the class. It was really nice and while everyone wasn’t moving with my words exactly it was still great.
