There was a new student in class who is convinced her fucking towel is going to stop a RSI to her thumb. Sad news for her is that it won’t. Riddle me this: She can do locust but can’t interlock her fingers? Bullshit. There is so much pressure on your hands in locust it isn’t even funny. Anyway I encouraged her to not use her towel. She listened but then got pissed and started doing other postures. I told her to just relax if she couldn’t do the posture and she started yelling stuff at me. I just spoke over her. Afterwards she was drinking water during the postures and doing stuff to try and piss me off. I just taught the rest of the class.
Sometimes you just have to ignore people. It isn’t worth ruining the vibe for the rest of the class. I hope she comes to all of my classes so that I can help her.
