Energy was interesting during the six. I guess it is pretty tough people get out of work and come straight to yoga.

OMG I got thrown off by a group of kids coming in a few minutes before class was starting. I had to get waivers from them and also approval from their parents. Started class about five minutes late but ended on time. It was interesting teaching class to a bunch of first timers or people still on their intro. I can’t say I really like teaching that late at night and its definitely obvious that people don’t like practicing at that late hour.
