Big one for a Sunday morning. Couple of newbies. Good class. Nothing really more to comment on…
130 – Rich – Advanced
I did something weird to my left foot. There was a spot on the outside on the top part the bone that was hurting but now I did something pretty bad to the knuckle of my big toe. It hurts to walk. Class was fun we talked a lot and laughed. I like to laugh. I got really deep into full camel because Jenny stood behind me and I put my hands on her legs and was able to push against her and get my head closer to my feet.

I was in a really good mood and feeling very funny for this class. It was just great we played around but then got serious and everyone was busting ass. I was pushing them hard but they were more than willing. I noticed that I did a great job with corrections and was able to jump right back into the dialogue no problem.
