I studied the breathing exercise before class and it helped with a few things namely getting back on track in the first set and another thing that I noticed I didn’t say anymore which is “hold it”. It is very effective for getting everyone together. It feels like I am getting more comfortable with slowing down and staying out of my pattern. Class was good…

Heat wave! All class I was thinking about rock climbing :). It was a tough class as I’d already been in the room twice and was wondering how the hell I was going to be able to take class and go climbing but it all worked out. I’ve been really sore man…it hurts and now I’m noticing that I’m not going as deep into the postures because of what the climbing is doing to my body. I think things will normalize but it’s going to be a bit bumpy in the beginning…
