900am
I messed up padahastasana. I was trying to get some additional dialogue in there but it didn’t come out right and I completely lost my place. In general I felt like my pacing was completely off and it was really tough for me to get it back on track. Something similar happened in salabhasana. Instead of saying something stupid I just got them out of it after the time. Oh the other thing that has come back is in standing bow I messed up right and left shoulders. I’m fine as long as I don’t think about it when I do then it screws me up…
So what did I do well? I gave some good corrections and was jumping in and out of the dialogue. Kept a positive attitude even though I made mistakes. And finally didn’t give up!

The flow and pacing of this class was much better. The problem was the heat. I’m not sure why it wasn’t hot I went up there and it was 109 and then when I went in to teach the class it was 103!?!? The thermometer battery was on its way out but the room didn’t feel very hot. It got better as the class went on but I guaged it from feeling for the whole class. The dialogue mistakes were few and the pacing was much more on but in general I felt off today. I gave corrections…
3pm – Dan
Tough class. I really went inward during the class. It was hot and hard but I focused on my breathing and just hung in there. Overall I was fine but really sore from the advanced class the day before. Did my stretching and backward bending after the class. Tomorrow starts it all again…
